Officers on patrol late one evening in the area of Glen and Venables recognized a man cycling through the area. They knew that he was breaching his curfew condition, so they stopped him.
A search revealed that he was also carrying bear spray. The suspect, who has an extensive criminal history, was arrested for breaching his conditions and taken to jail.
