Vancouver – The suspect in an East Vancouver double homicide has been charged, following a Vancouver Police investigation.
The B.C. Prosecution Service has approved two counts of second-degree murder and one count of aggravated assault against Viet Quy John Ly, 54, of Vancouver.
Ly remains in custody. The Vancouver Police investigation is ongoing.
