Vancouver – Vancouver Police have identified the victim of a September 30 homicide in Strathcona as 48-year-old Norman Labonte.
Labonte was shot and killed near Main and Union Street just after 7 a.m. on September 30.
The investigation is ongoing. No charges have been laid.
